Payment can be made with a major credit card or through paypal. Payment within 5 days is expected. Buyers outside the U.S. MUST pay with a major credit card. -1 piece dress with attached black skirt & long, wide sleeves…
-beautiful hat
 
The costume is trimmed throughout with WIDE golden lace. 
 
The lace design on the front bodice gives a lace up effect.
 
Very elegant.
 
Check out the lovely bell-like sleeve which flows at the wrist….very dainty
 
The hat is also trimmed with the golden lace.
