HalloweenAndCostumes wants you to be a satisfied customer.  We want you to feel safe knowing that if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items. NO BLACKOUT DATES! Please make sure your item(s) are not on the NEVER RETURNABLE list below. Shipping and gift wrapping fees are non-refundable. We only do returns. If you are needing the item in a different size or a whole new costume please go ahead and order the correct size or new costume. Please make sure your return merchandise is POST MARKED WITHIN 7 days after you receive it! Once the return is received it will be processed and then refunded.

Please make sure your return order is post marked to come back to us within 7 days after you have received it.  All shoes will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.  Do not use the shoe box as a shipping box!  We will not refund you order!

 

Returning Costumes: All costumes that are returned must be unmarked, unworn and in new condition.  They must include the original packaging and in resalable condition!  Please make sure your order is post marked within 7 days after you have received it.  All items returned other than shoes will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.  All costumes  returned to us after October 19th will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. If a costume comes with stockings DO NOT try the stockings on your costume WILL NOT be returnable!

RETURN POLICY FOR TOYS & COLLECTIBLES

You may return an UNOPENED item for any reason within 7 days of receiving it. You must notify us within 7 calendar days of receiving the product either by email (help@toynk.com) or telephone (847-350-0108). Opened products or products where the factory seal has been broken may not be returned for any reason. The 7 day period begins according to the UPS and USPS website tracking pages delivered date. The product must be sent back to us and postmarked within 10 days of your receipt of the product to be accepted. You will be refunded your money back less your original shipping costs and cancellation fee. Shipping costs to send the product back are your responsibility.
If for any reason you receive the wrong item, you can send it back and we will ship the correct item. Damaged items do not include “Not Mint” packaging. We must be notified within 5 days if you receive an incorrect product. Depending on the value of the item, we may not send a replacement until the original item is sent back to us.
If you receive a damaged item/package, we will file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement (or issue a refund if we are sold out of the item). Please keep the original shipping box as UPS may want to pick it up.

Most costume items we sell are returnable/exchangeable under our 7 Day Return Policy.

CRITERIA FOR COSTUME MERCHANDISE TO QUALIFY FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE

We MUST BE informed of the return within 7 calendar days of receipt of the item.
The item MUST BE shipped back to us via a trackable shipping method within 7 calendar days of receipt of the item.
Returns MUST INCLUDE all original packaging and items. Missing items or items without original packaging will not be credited.
The item MUST NOT show any sign of wear or use. The return WILL NOT BE CREDITED if there is any sign of use.
The item MUST BE free of hair.
The item MUST BE free of smoke smell.

is stocked in our warehouse unless otherwise stated (pre-orders, some

manufacturer. We are primarily a toy and costume retailer although we

We have never sent any solicitations through regular mail (to your home)
however we may do a catalog mailing at some point in the future.

Why the name “toynk”? It was
chosen simply because it is short and has the word toy in it. The
pronunciation is not Toy-N-K. It is one syllable – the word “Toy” and
then the sound of “Ink” – “Toynk” (or perhaps toink).

As all businesses seem to
start, toynk began by operating out of an apartment in 2001. Today we
have a 33,000 square foot warehouse that houses our offices,
store, and the inventory. Our staff varies from 20 to 40+ people
depending on the time of year (ie – Christmas, Halloween).

Our main products are toys
and costumes. We carry the latest collectible toys, action figures,
replicas/props, statues/busts and other collectible items. We do not
carry vintage toys/collectibles and we do not buy or trade at this time.
Our selection varies from mass market toys (dolls, sports figures, etc),
specialty market toys (limited edition props, statues, etc), imported
toys not available in the USA, and our ever expanding costume section
(over 5,000 different costumes & props this year). We ship to all 50 states and
virtually every country worldwide.

Our philosophy is to continually improve and change
how we run toynk.com to better serve our customers. We work every day to expand our product selection and improve shipping speed, customer service, and pricing. We

Other things you need to know about shipping :

No inflated shipping charges! We charge what the shipping carrier charges us for shipping. We don’t charge handling fees, or packaging fees!
You will receive shipping information via email as your order progresses. If you haven’t received them, please check your SPAM folder, as many of our emails end up there.
If you are an international customer, you may be subject to import taxes, or other duties as charged by your local government.  If you are unsure regarding taxes you may be charged to import your product, please consult your local government for guidelines.  As a general rule, most items under $35 US don’t require import or duties taxes to most countries.  Once again, this is a general rule – please consult your local government for specific guidelines.
If your order is shipped via United States Postal Service, you will receive a delivery confirmation number for USA shipments. For international shipments, first class mail international does not offer any type of tracking method. Priority mail and express mail international shipments will receive a customs ID number, which can be used to help track your order.
