RETURN POLICY FOR TOYS & COLLECTIBLES

You may return an UNOPENED item for any reason within 7 days of receiving it. You must notify us within 7 calendar days of receiving the product either by email (help@toynk.com) or telephone (847-350-0108). Opened products or products where the factory seal has been broken may not be returned for any reason. The 7 day period begins according to the UPS and USPS website tracking pages delivered date. The product must be sent back to us and postmarked within 10 days of your receipt of the product to be accepted. You will be refunded your money back less your original shipping costs and cancellation fee. Shipping costs to send the product back are your responsibility.
If for any reason you receive the wrong item, you can send it back and we will ship the correct item. Damaged items do not include “Not Mint” packaging. We must be notified within 5 days if you receive an incorrect product. Depending on the value of the item, we may not send a replacement until the original item is sent back to us.
If you receive a damaged item/package, we will file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement (or issue a refund if we are sold out of the item). Please keep the original shipping box as UPS may want to pick it up.

Returns MUST INCLUDE all original packaging and items. Missing items or items without original packaging will not be credited.
The item MUST NOT show any sign of wear or use. The return WILL NOT BE CREDITED if there is any sign of use.

We have never sent any solicitations through regular mail (to your home)
however we may do a catalog mailing at some point in the future.

We are located in Bensenville, Illinois (about 5 miles from Chicago city limits). If you are

Why the name “toynk”? It was
chosen simply because it is short and has the word toy in it. The
pronunciation is not Toy-N-K. It is one syllable – the word “Toy” and
then the sound of “Ink” – “Toynk” (or perhaps toink).

As all businesses seem to
start, toynk began by operating out of an apartment in 2001. Today we
have a 33,000 square foot warehouse that houses our offices,
store, and the inventory. Our staff varies from 20 to 40+ people
depending on the time of year (ie – Christmas, Halloween).

Our main products are toys
and costumes. We carry the latest collectible toys, action figures,
replicas/props, statues/busts and other collectible items. We do not
carry vintage toys/collectibles and we do not buy or trade at this time.
Our selection varies from mass market toys (dolls, sports figures, etc),
specialty market toys (limited edition props, statues, etc), imported
toys not available in the USA, and our ever expanding costume section
(over 5,000 different costumes & props this year). We ship to all 50 states and
virtually every country worldwide.

Our philosophy is to continually improve and change

is a PRE-ORDER auction. You will receive a new costume made exactly
like the one shown in the pics aside. Construction time will be of
30 days Therefore, it shall be shipped after 30 days from the time
payment and size confirmation is received.

 

In
this opportunity we are offering a Deluxe Superhero ’70 style Costume
which consists of:

4-way Lycra spandex royal
blue (Glossy) tunic with the “S” emblem sewn in the chest
and a back zipper, red Lycra spandex trunks attached to the tunic
(with four belt Lycra loops) and leggings (made with the same royal
blue Lycra spandex) with sewn in the back of each leg, like the original.

The chest’s logo had been made by hand with the help of a
sewing machine. This logo isn´t a computer generated one.
It was made exactly like the original costume! The 4-way spandex
had been cut by hand and sewn the yellow with the red to make this
perfect shape. You will never find something more accurate to the
original than this Logo.

Red gabardine
cape which ties under the arms in the back with a black and yellow
emblem. This back emblem had been made by an embroidery system,
sewn the black thread to the yellow gabardine. The cape has been
designed to provide an incredible flown like the real one! The finish
of this cape had been made with sewn thread by hand.

Synthetic leather belt
(with an inside Velcro) with its buckle. The buckle is made of resin
and has been specially molded and designed.

This costume does not include the boots shown in the pic aside
but we perfectly make Superhero 70´s Style Real leather boots
by request in specific sizes to assure an excellent fitness! The Boots
for this Character will be more accurate than the ones you can see
in this auction. This auction’s Boots are just for an illustrative
purpose. Contact us!!

Please,
note that pics were taken in a Studio and therefore the royal blue
lycra may change in reality.
