RETURN POLICY FOR TOYS & COLLECTIBLES

You may return an UNOPENED item for any reason within 7 days of receiving it. You must notify us within 7 calendar days of receiving the product either by email (help@toynk.com) or telephone (847-350-0108). Opened products or products where the factory seal has been broken may not be returned for any reason. The 7 day period begins according to the UPS and USPS website tracking pages delivered date. The product must be sent back to us and postmarked within 10 days of your receipt of the product to be accepted. You will be refunded your money back less your original shipping costs and cancellation fee. Shipping costs to send the product back are your responsibility.
If for any reason you receive the wrong item, you can send it back and we will ship the correct item. Damaged items do not include “Not Mint” packaging. We must be notified within 5 days if you receive an incorrect product. Depending on the value of the item, we may not send a replacement until the original item is sent back to us.
If you receive a damaged item/package, we will file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement (or issue a refund if we are sold out of the item). Please keep the original shipping box as UPS may want to pick it up.

We MUST BE informed of the return within 7 calendar days of receipt of the item.
The item MUST BE shipped back to us via a trackable shipping method within 7 calendar days of receipt of the item.
Returns MUST INCLUDE all original packaging and items. Missing items or items without original packaging will not be credited.
The item MUST NOT show any sign of wear or use. The return WILL NOT BE CREDITED if there is any sign of use.
The item MUST BE free of hair.
The item MUST BE free of smoke smell.

We have never sent any solicitations through regular mail (to your home)
however we may do a catalog mailing at some point in the future.

Why the name “toynk”? It was
chosen simply because it is short and has the word toy in it. The
pronunciation is not Toy-N-K. It is one syllable – the word “Toy” and
then the sound of “Ink” – “Toynk” (or perhaps toink).

As all businesses seem to
start, toynk began by operating out of an apartment in 2001. Today we
have a 33,000 square foot warehouse that houses our offices,
store, and the inventory. Our staff varies from 20 to 40+ people
depending on the time of year (ie – Christmas, Halloween).

Our main products are toys
and costumes. We carry the latest collectible toys, action figures,
replicas/props, statues/busts and other collectible items. We do not
carry vintage toys/collectibles and we do not buy or trade at this time.
Our selection varies from mass market toys (dolls, sports figures, etc),
specialty market toys (limited edition props, statues, etc), imported
toys not available in the USA, and our ever expanding costume section
(over 5,000 different costumes & props this year). We ship to all 50 states and
virtually every country worldwide.

Our philosophy is to continually improve and change
how we run toynk.com to better serve our customers. We work every day to expand our product selection and improve shipping speed, customer service, and pricing. We

If you have been dying to have latex breasts but are also wanting to
wear a strapless gown or dress then this will “Fill” your need.

not made to be exactly like skin, it IS made to simulate the real thing

A little about my auctions and me!

I start all of my auctions extremely low and this in no way reflects
their true value but rather gives you the buyer a chance at a real
bargain!!!!!!

I Scour many many sources including private manufacturers looking for
Items just for YOU and although I AM an expert on some of my items and
very knowledgeable on others, I do run across items that I have no idea
as to their use or their value but because they are unusual, old,
antique, a super bargain or just plain fun, I obtain them to be able to
pass on to you!

Much like any auction, I cannot guarantee the items that I sell but
unlike some auctions that I have been to, I will NEVER EVER offer an
item that I know is defective.
 I will NEVER misrepresent an item!!!!!

You will NEVER receive an item from me with the smell of smoke as my
home is completely smoke free and in fact no-one is allowed to smoke in
my home.
 I will NOT ship an item that has even a hint of smoke on it!

I strive to give my customers an item that is better than they expect
