Exchange/ Refund : We offer two options for our customers to choose. Please note that hosiery, body stockings, underwear, wigs and swimwear are final and are not refundable – neither exchanges nor returns will be accepted on the above listed items to ensure sanitary conditions for all of our customers.

Buy a replacement item and Return The Original Item For A Refund:
If you need the replacement item in a hurry, please purchase a new size or style and we will ship your new order as soon as we receive payment. Return the original item along with your RMA number written on the invoice. Once we receive your return we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the returned item. Only the original item price is eligible for credit. Shipping charges are non refundable.
Return Your Item For A Refund Without Purchasing a New Item:
If you cannot find a replacement in our store, we will refund your order, but $5 restocking fee per item (to cover original shipping cost) will apply. We offer free shipping for most of our items but that doesn’t mean that there isn’t any shipping cost for us to ship the item. Return the product to us with your RMA number written on the invoice, as well as a brief note indicating that you wish to be refunded. The original shipping/handling and insurance fees are non-refundable.

Processing Time: Please allow 1-2 weeks to process your return/exchange. Keep in mind that some credit card companies may take an additional 2-10 business days to post the credit to your account.

Condition : Items must be unworn and unwashed with their original tags to be considered for a refund. Also, any items that are soiled or exposed to pet hair or the smell of perfume or smoke will not be accepted for return. Items that are not returned within 30 days, or that are not in their original condition will be subject to a 40% processing and restocking fee. 

* Halloween & Christmas Costumes *

Halloween costumes ordered before October 15 must be returned within 15 calendar days of invoice date for a full refund or exchange. Because of the enormously busy Halloween season, we cannot make exceptions to this policy. For exchanges, the earlier you contact customer service, the sooner we can process your new order.
Halloween costumes ordered after October 15 and before October 20 are only eligible for exchanges & store credit.
Halloween costumes ordered after October 20 are final and no returns or exchanges will be accepted. Halloween costumes returned to Nawty Fox for orders placed after October 20 will be refused and returned to sender.

Dress/ jean size can vary significantly between different brands so the size you normally wear may not correspond to the size of the item you are buying. - Can you customize your item to my specifications?

Sorry, We do not customize any of our items in house. All items come in as “new” in plastic sealed packages from manufacturers and factories around the world.

Please note that we can only accept credit cards over the phone, and you should have your order ready, complete with item numbers, colors, and sizes.

Yes, we do. At Nawty Fox, we take your privacy seriously. All packages are sent discreetly with NF International as your return sender. None of our store name or product name will appear on package. We must, however, include our company name and address for shipping purposes.
