You are bidding on a  4 piece outfit, (skirt, blouse, sash, and bonnet).  The cameo/necklace, chemise, crinoline, and petticoat are “not” included in the auction.

It’s a beautiful day for a garden party, or calling on friends.  Perfect for dancing, tea parties, re-enactments, pioneer days, or just living your dreams as I do; I dress this way every day; I just don’t use my hoops every day…

You will be the talk of the party in this terra cotta print, skirt and blouse, accented with a beautiful lace, sash, and a bonnet made out of the same material and lace as the blouse and skirt.    Skirt, blouse, bonnet, and sash are homemade. This outfit is truly lovely and made to last!! Made in America by myself, a US senior lady!!  I have been forced to starting the bidding out higher to cover some of the cost of my material as each dress has 7 to 8 yards of material and 10 to 15 yards of lace. The starting bid only covers some of the cost not my labor. Thank you for your understanding that cost must be covered or I can’t keep sewing and selling to you ladies on Ebay.

Skirt shown over a chemise, crinoline, (6hoop skirt), and petticoat. The sweep of the skirt is 180 inches.  It will fit nicely over either a 5 or 6 hoop-skirt.  Skirt has a draw string waist which will fit anyone.  Skirt is 43″ long from waist to hem. Blouse has elastic in the neck and sleeves and is 26″ laying flat on the table or 52″ completely around blouse at the bust line and can be worn on or off the shoulders.  100% cotton fabric. Because of the style of the blouse and skirt it can fit from a small to an extra large. To make the skirt as full as it is in the picture you will need “your own” hoop skirt.

New no tags and it is machine, cool wash, and cool dry. Victorian and Civil War inspired, NOT period correct. Comes from a smoke-free home, but we do have  chihuahuas.

I only take Paypal;  buyer agrees to pay at close of auction.  I ship 5 days a week. (no Saturday or Sunday shipping as our little post office is closed)I live in a town of less than 300 people.

   Unless the dress is not as described in the listing, I do not give refunds. I post several pictures, so you can see what you are buying.

I have had questions about where to get the crinoline, (hoop slips),  and petticoats.  Look on E-bay, under flower girls petticoat slips.  The seller I like is Angel’s Bridal Shop-   seller ID “angelsbridal”. They sell all sizes, child to adult.  I have no affiliation with this seller, but they have good prices, well made slips, and fast delivery.

Some hoop skirts are longer or shorter, or of different circumferences, depending on the maker.  So check the measurements of yours to make sure of a proper fit.
