USPS First Class International : $24.95
The First Class shipping will arrive in 15-25 days and will not be traceable online,
USPS Expedited International Air - $41.95.
Express Mail will arrive in approx 5-8 business days and is traceable online. Please make sure you if you need your package fast to select Express Mail.
Duties and Taxes
For California Residents : 9.75% sales tax will be added at checkout.
For International customers: Costume Kingdom Inc. will not be responsible for any duties and or taxes you will incur (if any) for receiving your package. We prepay all shipping fees in advance so any fee that is imposed on you is a duty or tax that your country applies on the shipment. We will be including a copy of your invoice on the outside of the package as documentation for the customs house. Most taxes and duties equal 15-25% of the purchase price. We have found that 90% of the packages we send DO NOT get charged extra fees in the recipients country.
Most items can be returned within 14 days from Delivery Date. Refunds are for the price of the merchandise only and we do NOT refund any shipping charges. Any and all orders with a free shipping promotion will be credited back the price of the item less the cost of what it cost us to ship the item out to you. (Most items $6.50-7.50). For International orders the same applies no duties, taxes or customs fees are refunded under any circumstance.

If you return an item, once your package has been received, your refund will be processed in a timely manner. Most returns are processed within 5 business days of receipt of return, during Halloween please allow up to 2 weeks. You will be notified via email when this refund has taken place. RETURNS
All returns MUST have an associated Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To request an RMA number, simply email us within 7 business days of receiving your order. In your message, please include your order number, item(s) to be returned, and the reason for the return. Returns must be postmarked back to us within 7 days of receiving your RMA number. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
Option 1: Buy A New Size and Return The Original Item For A Refund:
This option is best for customers who need the replacement in a hurry or who want to ensure that their new size is in stock and available. Simply purchase a new size or style and we will ship your new order as soon as we receive payment. Return the original item along with your RMA number written on the invoice. Once we receive your return we will refund the purchase price of the returned item. Only the original merchandise price is eligible for credit. Shipping charges are non refundable.
Option 2: Return Your Item For A Refund Without Purchasing a New Product:
If you cannot find a suitable replacement in our inventory, we will refund your order, but a minimum 15% restocking fee will apply. Return the product to us with your RMA number written on the invoice, as well as a brief note indicating that you wish to be refunded. The original shipping/handling and insurance fees are non-refundable. Processing time for refunds is typically 1 week from when we receive it.

1. Q: I want to buy other items from your eBay store – does Costume Alibi offer combined shipping discounts?
Yes. As long as you wait to pay until you’re finished shopping with us, all items under the same Ebay User ID will automatically be consolidated into your eBay shopping cart. All shipping discounts will automatically apply to your order total.
2. What’s the shopping cart, and how does it differ from auction bids?

4. Q: I usually wear a certain dress size. How do I know the corresponding size for this item?
Dress size can vary a lot between different brands so the size you normally wear may not correspond to the size of the item you are buying. Generally you should refer to the manufacturer’s size chart for every one of our items. If available, always refer to the actual measurements stated within the listing description.
5. Q: How long do I have to pay for my items?
When you add items to your cart, you can take as long as you want to pay, but if we have limited quantities, and another buyer pays for the exact same item before you, the item in your cart will automatically disappear, and you will no longer be able to pay for it. For auction items and non-cart users, buyers have 7 days to pay. If you are combining auction items, payment is due by the 7th day from the end of the FIRST item that you added to your cart.
6. Q: I live near Bloomington, Indiana. May I pick up my order at your warehouse?
Yes, but not in October. Our warehouse is too busy during Halloween Season filling orders to be able to accommodate local pick ups. Any other time of year, just call our warehouse at 812-333-3450 to finalize your bill including local taxes and a pick-up time.
7. Q: What’s the difference between Paypal E-checks and Paypal Instant Payments?
Paypal instant payments are credited instantly to our Paypal account and we are able to ship your order immediately. Paypal E-checks require an average of 4-7 days to clear and we will ship your order after Paypal has cleared your E-check. In order to make instant payments with Paypal you must have a valid Non-Expired credit card linked to your Paypal account and have your Paypal transactions deduct from your credit card. If your credit card is expired then Paypal will automatically withdraw money from your bank’s checking account to complete the transaction. Any payments made from your checking account through Paypal is an E-check.

Nightwing Super Hero Black Leather Mask
This is a brand new hand-crafted unisex leather mask, perfect for your Nightwing / Super Hero Halloween costume or Fantasy Masquerade Ball. This mask is made from one solid piece of 4-5 oz thick genuine leather and measures approx 10 inches wide and 5 inches tall from point to point.

We offer FREE standard shipping on almost everything well sell for USA shipments. You can upgrade your shipping method to Expedited (2-3 business days) or Express (1-2 business days) for an additional cost which can be found under the eBay “Shipping and Payments” tab towards the top of this page and during check-out.
International shipments rates are listed under the eBay “Shipping and Payment” tab. To view these rates, simply change the country to your country name and press the “Get Rates” button.
Most International shipments can only be shipped via Priority Mail or Express Mail. If your country rates do not show First Class, then this shipping option is NOT available for this item. Due to the extended time first class mail can take, we do not offer this method on most International shipments.
With all International shipments there can be customs or duty fees (taxes) charged by your government. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and will be collected at time of delivery by the delivery carrier.
We ship within one business day (do not count holidays or weekends) of a cleared payment.
Shipping will be either by USPS Mail or UPS (United Parcel Service), depending on the size and weight of item(s). Best Costume & Toy Deals reserves the right to pick which carrier to use, unless you upgrade your shipping to a specific carrier & shipping method.
Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories or APO/FPO is the same
rates as normal USA shipments. Please understand that shipping times can be longer for these locations.
Please use a physical street address whenever possible, PO Boxes are only acceptable when there is no regular delivery service to your address. UPS shipments require a physical street address.
All packages will have a tracking number that will be uploaded to eBay once shipped.

Everything we sell is brand new in manufacture packaging; almost everything we sell has been acquired directly from the manufacture.
Images of items shown may be generic manufacture images and there
might be slight variations in the actual production or color of the item.
Due to the nature of seasonal items, we DO NOT accept any Costume or Halloween products returned from October 21st to November 5th of every year. If you item was shipped OR delivered during this time, we will not accept a return.
If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 14 days (except during dates as noted above). The item must not have been opened, damaged, worn or original factory package damaged in any way. Items that have been opened or factory seals broken are not returnable for any reason. The refund will be the total purchase price (item price plus paid shipping, if any), minus the actual cost of shipping & packing. The actual shipping costs may be higher than what you paid for shipping, as we sometimes absorb some of the shipping costs (ie: Free Shipping). The buyer is required to pre-pay the return shipping cost. You must contact us for a RMA number and an exact amount we will issue a refund for, before shipping item back.
Most returns and refunds are completed within 3 business days of receiving the item back. During our busy holiday seasons (Halloween & Christmas) there can be a delay of up to 7 days for refunds.
EXCHANGES: If you need to exchange an item, please purchase the replacement item to ensure it is available and we can ship right away. Then send us an e-mail for a return RMA on the item that needs to be returned. Once the return item has been received back, we will issue a refund based on our return policy as listed above.

Duties and Taxes
For California Residents : 9.75% sales tax will be added at checkout.
For International customers: Costume Kingdom Inc. will not be responsible for any duties and or taxes you will incur (if any) for receiving your package. We prepay all shipping fees in advance so any fee that is imposed on you is a duty or tax that your country applies on the shipment. We will be including a copy of your invoice on the outside of the package as documentation for the customs house. Most taxes and duties equal 15-25% of the purchase price. We have found that 90% of the packages we send DO NOT get charged extra fees in the recipients country.
Most items can be returned within 14 days from Delivery Date. Refunds are for the price of the merchandise only and we do NOT refund any shipping charges. Any and all orders with a free shipping promotion will be credited back the price of the item less the cost of what it cost us to ship the item out to you. (Most items $6.50-7.50). For International orders the same applies no duties, taxes or customs fees are refunded under any circumstance.
The following Items are not returnable if opened under any circumstances; this is done for sanitary reasons.
Wigs, beards and facial hair
Make up, teeth and or fangs
Hosiery and undergarments
Shoes and boots (Shoes that show obvious wear or are missing the original packaging are not returnable.)
Any order that contains 4 or more of the same item and is returned is considered a special order and is subject to a 15% restocking fee and all other return policies apply.
Once orders are placed it is impossible for us to cancel them since we ship out most orders within hours after the order is placed and if you need to cancel it you must wait to get the package and then return it.
If you return an item, once your package has been received, your refund will be processed in a timely manner. Most returns are processed within 5 business days of receipt of return, during Halloween please allow up to 2 weeks. You will be notified via email when this refund has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information.
