Standard delivery takes 1-6 days and Express 1-3 days but it depends where you are based. Small items are sent via normal post and don’t require any signature. Please note that under no circumstances can the shipping, packing and insurance costs be refunded, as this is all done by third party service providers and vendors. For items with free shipping that are returned, the cost of the shipping will be deducted from the refund.

Product defects or faults
In the event of receiving a faulty or defected product from us, please notify us immediately, or within 7 days so that our customer care department may make arrangements for a replacement product or refund.
 
Non Refundable Instances

The following instances will not qualify for a refund: Items that have been used, cleaned, damaged or soiled; items returned without the relevant return authorization email from us; items returned without the original and full packaging in which it was shipped; makeup, eyelashes, masks, wigs and underwear that have been opened; items that are not odor free, such as smoke, perfume and so on; in the case of an item being sealed and you notice that it is not appropriate, please do not open it as this will make the refund null and void.
All returns will be inspected for signs of sabotage.

Return Instructions

Prior to returning any item, please contact our customer care department to inform us that you will be returning an item. Our customer care department can be contacted at any time between Monday to Friday, 11am to 5pm GMT. Alternatively you may contact us via email, in which instance we will confirm such refund accordingly. Items under Dispute

Items returned that do not conform with or fall within the published Returns policy will be defined as an ‘Item under Dispute’. Such items under dispute will not be eligible for a refund, reasons for which will be communicated to you in writing. Items will either be returned to you at your own cost, or will be destroyed after 91 calendar days after receipt by Arabesque.

Late Delivery

In the event that the package arrives late, in other words after your party, you are welcome to return the goods according to the returns policy as highlighted above. Please bear in mind that if the order is urgent you should select an express option, whilst ensuring that you will be available to take receipt thereof.


If we do not receive your return and you have no tracking number then we will not offer any refund.

For items with free shipping that are returned, the cost of the shipping will be deducted from the refund.

Product defects or faults

Damages

Every package is sent with damage protection. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery to let us know your package arrived damaged. To expedite your refund, photos of the damage, along with the shipping box will be required. In some cases, the insurance company will ask for a signed affidavit verifying the damage. Don’t worry, its a quick process and you will be refunded as soon as the pictures and/or affidavit are received and accepted by the insurance company.

Lost Packages

If your package hasn’t arrived in the time frame given on your order details page we ask for your patience.This is especially true for packages shipped USPS Parcel Post or Media Mail and for any products shipped Internationally. Clothing Extras

1. Clothing is measured from seam to seam and/or edge with the garment laying flat. We suggest that you measure a like garment of your own that fits well in the same manner and compare the measurements to insure fit instead of using your body measurements.

2. Costumes run SMALL. We suggest you order a size larger than you normally wear to insure fit. In some cases we have given the manufacturer’s sizing chart or size range given from the package but have found this can still be misleading. Please request actual measurements if you think there is a question regarding fit.

3. We will sometimes give a manufacturer’s sizing chart as a guide for fit but this is not the actual measurement of the garment.

4. Some pre-owned clothing may be missing a size tag. The measurements will still be given for you to insure fit before purchasing.

Color

In describing the shade of a color, factors such as computer monitors, photographic lighting , and individual perception could make the color appear different when you see it in person compared to how it looked online.
