 This is a very handsome 4pc. custom made-for you costume will make a wonderful addition to any child or teen’s renaissance/pirate wardrobe! The awesome frock coat is fully lined and made of a gorgeous quality home dec fabric( or you may wish to choose velvet, twill or a wool blend). You may choose whatever trims , buttons, etc.that you prefer! After you place your order, I will be happy to send you pictures of fabric, trims and button choices. The waistcoat or vest can be made of a gorgeous quality brocade, home dec. or suede cloth fabric and is lined with a lightweight satin taffeta (or other if you prefer) which is also used for the back. The shirt can be made of any color cotton, cotton/poly blend, linen or batiste fabric,(or any other fabric) with a hook at the collar and optional lace that is sewn down on the left side and attaches with velcro (which doesn’t show), on the right. (Please specify when ordering if you want the lace or not.)The cuffs have a matching lace and button closure. The pirate style pants are made of any color suedecloth(or other fabric) with “drop” front,or a “fell”, which buttons and hooks closed at the waist. They come to just below the knee and have buttons on each side that match the rest of the costume. I will make this whole costume in ANY child size or color that you want! I am quite flexible in the styling, so if you have something else in mind, please feel free to contact me.
 

MEASUREMENTS:

When custom ordering, please remember, don’t rely on sizes that you would buy in a store! Please do not just give me your pants and coat sizes as these are NOT accurate! Many stores use “vanity” sizing so that you will purchase from them and this is FAR from your actual measurement. Measure VERY CAREFULLY with a tape measure(and get a friend to help!) around the chest right under armpits and length from back base of the neck to where you want the bottom of garment (coat, vest and shirt) to be. Also, measure shoulder to shoulder across the back (from where a shirt’s seam would be,at the top of the shoulder), circumference of waist, hips, upper arm, wrist, neck and just below the knee. Please inform me if you wear your pants around your waist or “under your belly”. I will also need a sleeve length from the shoulder to the wrist and pants inseam (from crotch to just below the knee). Also please include you height. These simple but accurate measurements will ensure the best fit! ****Please note that your costume is guaranteed to the measurements that you provide. Any alterations are the responsibility of the buyer. RETURNS

All returns MUST have an associated Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To request an RMA number, simply email us within 7 business days of receiving your order. In your message, please include your order number, item(s) to be returned, and the reason for the return. Returns must be postmarked back to us within 7 days of receiving your RMA number. Unauthorized returns will be refused.

Option 1: Buy A New Size and Return The Original Item For A Refund:
This option is best for customers who need the replacement in a hurry or who want to ensure that their new size is in stock and available. Simply purchase a new size or style and we will ship your new order as soon as we receive payment. Return the original item along with your RMA number written on the invoice. Once we receive your return we will refund the purchase price of the returned item. Only the original merchandise price is eligible for credit. Shipping charges are non refundable.

Option 2: Return Your Item For A Refund Without Purchasing a New Product:
If you cannot find a suitable replacement in our inventory, we will refund your order, but a minimum 15% restocking fee will apply. Return the product to us with your RMA number written on the invoice, as well as a brief note indicating that you wish to be refunded. The original shipping/handling and insurance fees are non-refundable. Processing time for refunds is typically 1 week from when we receive it.

All products must be returned to us in the same condition that you received it. Shoes/boots must be returned without packing labels or tape directly on the shoe box. Due to health code regulations, we cannot accept returns for undergarments, wigs, makeup or pet costumes if the packaging has been opened.

Yes. As long as you wait to pay until you’re finished shopping with us, all items under the same Ebay User ID will automatically be consolidated into your eBay shopping cart. All shipping discounts will automatically apply to your order total.

2. What’s the shopping cart, and how does it differ from auction bids?

7. Q: What’s the difference between Paypal E-checks and Paypal Instant Payments?
Paypal instant payments are credited instantly to our Paypal account and we are able to ship your order immediately. Paypal E-checks require an average of 4-7 days to clear and we will ship your order after Paypal has cleared your E-check. In order to make instant payments with Paypal you must have a valid Non-Expired credit card linked to your Paypal account and have your Paypal transactions deduct from your credit card.
