Return Policy
If the item doesn’t fit or if you don’t like it, you may return it to us for a full refund. Simply return the item. In this opportunity we are offering a NEW Superman Deluxe Costume 70´s Style which consists of:
The Most Accurate 4-way Lycra spandex royal blue (Glossy) tunic with the “S” emblem sewn in the chest and a back zipper, red Lycra spandex trunks attached to the tunic (with four belt Lycra loops). We also had improved the cuff of the sleeve, now made in the same way of the original. The leggings had been made with the same royal blue Lycra spandex than the Tunic and come with the correct sewn at the back of each leg, like the original.
The chest’s Emblem had been re designed and it had been made by hand with the help of a sewing machine. We improve the size making it much bigger, this isn’t a computer generated logo. It was made in the same way like the original! Each part of the 4-way spandex had been cut by hand and sewn the yellow with the red to get this perfect shape. This is one of the most accurate to the original Logo ever seen. Red gabardine cape which ties under the arms in the back with a yellow Lycra emblem, the same design used for the Chest´s Emblem. The back emblem had been made by an embroidery system, sewn the black thread to the yellow Lycra. The cape has been designed to provide an incredible flown! The finish of this cape had been made with sewn thread by hand.

RETURNS
All returns MUST have an associated Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To request an RMA number, simply email us within 7 business days of receiving your order. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
Option 1: Buy A New Size and Return The Original Item For A Refund:
This option is best for customers who need the replacement in a hurry or who want to ensure that their new size is in stock and available. Simply purchase a new size or style and we will ship your new order as soon as we receive payment. Return the original item along with your RMA number written on the invoice. Once we receive your return we will refund the purchase price of the returned item. Only the original merchandise price is eligible for credit. Shipping charges are non refundable.
Option 2: Return Your Item For A Refund Without Purchasing a New Product:
If you cannot find a suitable replacement in our inventory, we will refund your order, but a minimum 15% restocking fee will apply. Yes, but not in October. Our warehouse is too busy during Halloween Season filling orders to be able to accommodate local pick ups. Any other time of year, just call our warehouse at 812-333-3450 to finalize your bill including local taxes and a pick-up time.
7. Q: What’s the difference between Paypal E-checks and Paypal Instant Payments?
Paypal instant payments are credited instantly to our Paypal account and we are able to ship your order immediately. Paypal E-checks require an average of 4-7 days to clear and we will ship your order after Paypal has cleared your E-check. In order to make instant payments with Paypal you must have a valid Non-Expired credit card linked to your Paypal account and have your Paypal transactions deduct from your credit card. If your credit card is expired then Paypal will automatically withdraw money from your bank’s checking account to complete the transaction. RETURNS

Unauthorized returns will be refused.

Simply purchase a new size or style and we will ship your new order as soon as we receive payment. Return the original item along with your RMA number written on the invoice. If you cannot find a suitable replacement in our inventory, we will refund your order, but a minimum 15% restocking fee will apply.
