RETURNS
All returns MUST have an associated Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To request an RMA number, simply email us within 7 business days of receiving your order. In your message, please include your order number, item(s) to be returned, and the reason for the return. Returns must be postmarked back to us within 7 days of receiving your RMA number. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
Option 1: Buy A New Size and Return The Original Item For A Refund:
This option is best for customers who need the replacement in a hurry or who want to ensure that their new size is in stock and available. Simply purchase a new size or style and we will ship your new order as soon as we receive payment. Return the original item along with your RMA number written on the invoice. Once we receive your return we will refund the purchase price of the returned item. Only the original merchandise price is eligible for credit. Shipping charges are non refundable.
Option 2: Return Your Item For A Refund Without Purchasing a New Product:
If you cannot find a suitable replacement in our inventory, we will refund your order, but a minimum 15% restocking fee will apply. Return the product to us with your RMA number written on the invoice, as well as a brief note indicating that you wish to be refunded. The original shipping/handling and insurance fees are non-refundable. Processing time for refunds is typically 1 week from when we receive it.

Paypal instant payments are credited instantly to our Paypal account and we are able to ship your order immediately. In order to make instant payments with Paypal you must have a valid Non-Expired credit card linked to your Paypal account and have your Paypal transactions deduct from your credit card. If your credit card is expired then Paypal will automatically withdraw money from your bank’s checking account to complete the transaction. Please include the packing slip with your return. This packing slip contains a barcode that will help our returns warehouse locate your order in our database and process your return. Failure to include the packing slip may make it impossible for them to retrieve your order and credit your account.
Returned items must be postmarked within 7 days of receiving your order.
There’s a 15% restocking fee on all returns. This restocking fee will be waived if you purchase another item from us–it can be any item–different size or style. As long as our software detects another order from your account, it will not apply a restocking fee.

Yes. Buy as many items as you want and pay only one shipping price. Each additional item ships for FREE. As long as you wait to pay until you’re finished shopping with us, all items under the same Ebay User ID will automatically be consolidated into your eBay shopping cart. All shipping discounts will automatically apply to your order total.
2. Q: My tracking number doesn’t work. What’s wrong?
If your tracking number doesn’t work on AusPost, please check the tracking number at www.fedex.com.au instead. If you are in the USA, please track at www.usps.com.
3. Q: Can Devilish Disguise post to a different address than my PayPal address?
Yes! During the item payment process you will be able to enter your desired shipping address. Once you make payment a shipping label is automatically created based ONLY on the information you filled out in the checkout page regardless of what your Credit Card or PayPal billing address is, so please make sure you enter the shipping address correctly because we do not look at PayPal receipts for the shipping address.
4. Q: I usually wear a certain dress size. How do I know the corresponding size for this item?
We sell costumes, not designer clothing that come in a dozen sizes and made to fit 100% perfectly. If you’re in doubt, choose the larger size, and if necessary, have it altered by a seamstress for a better fit. It’s much easier to alter a larger outfit than to add fabric to one that is too small.
5. Q: How long do I have to pay for my items?
Buyers have 7 days to pay. If you are combining auction items, payment is due by the 7th day from the end of the FIRST item that you added to your cart.
6. Q: What’s the difference between Paypal E-Cheques and Paypal Instant Payments?
Paypal instant payments are credited instantly to our Paypal account and we are able to ship your order immediately. Paypal E-Cheques require an average of 4-7 days to clear and we will ship your order after Paypal has cleared your E-Cheque. In order to make instant payments with Paypal you must have a valid Non-Expired credit card linked to your Paypal account and have your Paypal transactions deduct from your credit card. If your credit card is expired then Paypal will automatically withdraw money from your bank’s checking account to complete the transaction. Any payments made from your checking account through Paypal is an E-Cheque.
7. Q: I have not received my order yet. What’s going on?
Please check your tracking number. Our packages are delivered by FedEx, and they require a signature upon delivery. If you have not received it yet, please contact FedEx.com.au/contact, or ring them at 13 26 10 for more information on your package. Please have your tracking number available for them when you call.
