RETURNED ITEM CONDITIONS

Returned items must be received UNWORN and FREE OF ANY DAMAGE
or no refund will be issued.

DUE TO PAST RETURNS OF DAMAGED ITEMS:

no returns or refunds will be issued in a case where someone bids on an item that’s not a large enough size and damages it as a result,
We cannot AND WILL NOT reasonably assume responsibility for someone ordering an incorrect size.

and such a photo would NOT be sufficient in showing all aspects of the item itself.
A demand such as, “I want the exact item in the first picture…”
on an imported or factory made item sold new in package is probably NOT going to happen.
This, again,
is due to the fact that we use the factory image that comes with the package or box we get from our off-shore suppliers.

Please be aware that SOME items are sold/listed as CONSIGNMENT items from 3rd parties.
Because of this…..
please be aware of a slim but possible chance
an item could have a minor (NOT MAJOR) flaw or characteristic
that might not mentioned in the item listing.
This is usually due to a 3rd party not informing us of a small flaw,
characteristic or detail of the item at the time the listing was posted.

WHEN THE BUYER DID NOT REALIZE SHIPPING COSTS INVOLVED:

Sincere apologies… but we are not going to “cancel a bid” because a bidder discovered after bidding on an item,
they “can’t afford shipping charges”.
