Return for Exchange
Simply make a new a purchase for another size or style of equal or greater value from our storefront and return your original item(s) for refund. Please include the original invoice and the new order # with your return package within 7 days. Once we receive your return we will refund the purchase price of the returned item without any restocking fee. Shipping charge is non refundable.

Return for Refund
You can return your item(s), with the original invoice, for a refund within 30 days from your invoice date. 15% restocking fee and shipping cost will be deducted from your invoice. If your original order was shipped for free, we will refund your order minus our actual cost of postage in addition to the 15% restocking fee.

Due to seasonal nature of Halloween, order placed from October 1st to October 31st is not subject to refund. You may still exchange for a different size or style by placing a separate order of equal or greater value from our storefront. We will issue a refund once we receive your return and verify your new purchase.

Return Guideline
All products must be returned to us in the same condition that you received them in. Any and all items are subject to inspection upon arrival. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for processing.

Any item(s) which shows any signs of wear or use will not be accepted.
Item(s) missing any accessory(s) and/or original packaging materials will not be accepted.
Item(s) removed from their original clam shell or blister packaging will also not be accepted.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.
