In October we ship 6 days a week to fulfill Halloween Orders.  Our last shipment for DOMESTIC Halloween orders will be on Friday, October 29th. 


INTERNATIONAL:  Even Priority and Express Mail can be delayed in customs.  After October 8th we strongly recommend Express Mail.  Customers in Australia can get Express Guaranteed in 3-5 business days (PLEASE check with us 1st for guaranteed date to your area).  Customers in Canada can get shipments within 7 days through UPS (PLEASE check with us 1st for your area).

Shipping & Handling charges DO NOT include any import taxes/duties due upon receipt of the item into your country. Any import taxes/duties that are due upon receipt are the direct and sole responsibility of the buyer.

Use your Paypal account to pay securely with a credit card, debit card or bank check. Please note that if a bank check is used, the funds will be held until your bank clears your funds. This can take up to 7 business days. We ship items only after receiving cleared funds.

 

Payment Terms
Due to the amount of Non Paying Bidders we have encountered, the following policy is strictly enforced. All payments are due within 7 DAYS of the end of the purchase date. Buyers will start to receive payment reminders on the 4th day. On the 8th day we will file a Unpaid Item Claim with EBay and relist all items without exception. If you pay after the item has been relisted, it may no longer be available and therefore payment will not be accepted.



Return Policy

We will gladly exchange an item for a different size / style for Halloween Costumes.  It is the buyers responsibility to ensure the return is made in enough time to exchange it before Halloween.  Late returns for exchanges will not be granted refunds, they simply will not be accepted.  We are not allowing returns for refunds on Halloween Costumes.


Due to the seasonal nature of Halloween Costumes, there are NO RETURNS.  Please read the description carefully.  All pictures are exact pictures of the items and how short/tight they will fit.  Please ask all questions prior to bidding.
