DISCOUNT ON SHIPPING WHEN PURCHASING MULTIPLE AUCTIONS

DOMESTIC MULTIPLE ITEM ORDERS SHIPPING DISCOUNT

Because standard shipping is free, there is no additional discount on multiple item purchases using standard shipping. However, for those of you who choose UPS Next Day Air or UPS 2 Day Air, a shipping discount of 50% will be applied to each additional auction’s shipping cost included in the same order. (You pay the highest shipping cost of one auction then save 50% on all other auctions included in the order.)
PLEASE NOTE: Ebay’s checkout system cannot automatically calculate shipping discounts on a multiple item purchases. In order to receive the discount, you have two options. (1) After you’ve won all auctions but before you pay anything, ask us to send you a combined invoice. Normally, within 1 business day, you will be notified that your invoice has been sent so that you can for all auctions, with discounts. Or (2), you can pay the full cost of shipping for all auctions in an order, then send us a request to issue you a refund for the additional auctions’ shipping that you’ve already paid. We will be sure to issue you a refund.

INTERNATIONAL MULTIPLE ITEM ORDERS SHIPPING DISCOUNT

MUTIPLE AUCTION ORDERS SHIPPED INTERNATIONALLY qualify for a shipping discount when paid for together.
The discount is 40% off the shipping cost of each additional auction included in a single order. In other words, you pay full shipping on only one of the auctions of greatest shipping cost then you save 40% shipping on all other auctions being paid for in that same order.

In stock orders will generally ship from our warehouse within 1 to 3 business days after payment has cleared. Orders that have selected express shipping methods will generally ship by the very next business day after payment has cleared.

If a bid is accidentally or inappropriately submitted and the bid has not yet been paid for, then we can request a mutual bid cancellation from eBay upon your notice, but such requests are made solely upon our discretion. However, our ordering system is mostly automatic which means the processing of your order commonly begins within seconds of your payment, soit is not possible to change or cancel a bid once it is paid for. RETURN POLICY FOR TOYS & COLLECTIBLES

You may return an UNOPENED item for any reason within 7 days of receiving it. Returns are subject to a cancellation fee of 15% of the item’s final auction value or $5.00; whichever amount is greater. You must notify us within 7 calendar days of receiving the product either by emailing us through Ebay or telephone (847-350-0108). Opened products or products where the factory seal has been broken may not be returned for any reason. The 7 day period begins according to the UPS and USPS website tracking pages delivered date. The product must be sent back to us and postmarked within 10 days of your receipt of the product to be accepted. You will be refunded your money back less your original shipping costs and cancellation fee. Shipping costs to send the product back are your responsibility.
If for any reason you receive the wrong item, you can send it back and we will ship the correct item. Damaged items do not include “Not Mint” packaging. We must be notified within 5 days if you receive an incorrect product. Depending on the value of the item, we may not send a replacement until the original item is sent back to us.
If you receive a damaged item/package, we will file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement (or issue a refund if we are sold out of the item). Please keep the original shipping box as UPS may want to pick it up.

Most costume items we sell are returnable/exchangeable under our 7 Day Return Policy.

CRITERIA FOR COSTUME MERCHANDISE TO QUALIFY FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE

We MUST BE informed of the return within 7 calendar days of receipt of the item. (Halloween costumes must be postmarked within 7 calendar days of receipt or before 10/24/11, whichever is soonest.)
The item MUST BE shipped back to us via a trackable shipping method within 7 calendar days of receipt of the item.
Returns MUST INCLUDE all original packaging and items. Missing items or items without original packaging will not be credited.
The item MUST NOT show any sign of wear or use. The return WILL NOT BE CREDITED if there is any sign of use.
The item MUST BE free of hair.
The item MUST BE free of smoke smell.

The following items are ONLY returnable if they are in their unopened, original packaging. Items must not have been worn, used or altered in any way.

Shoes or boots (does not apply to shoe covers or boot tops)
CD’s, wigs, beards, facial hair or any other artificial hair prosthetics, fangs or any other fake teeth

real company with real people working in a real office, store and
warehouse (see pictures below). Everything item you see on our website
is stocked in our warehouse unless otherwise stated (pre-orders, some
high dollar items). We are not a drop shipper, reseller, or portal of
other merchant’s items. We buy all our products direct from the
manufacturer. We are primarily a toy and costume retailer although we
do wholesale to other retailers.

Absolutely not. We will
never sell or share your information with a third party. We use your
email address as the primary method of contacting you about your order.
If you provide a phone number during checkout, we only use it if you
have indicated your order is time sensitive and there is an issue or
problem with the order. You will not receive email solicitations from us
unless you choose to join our email list.
We have never sent any solicitations through regular mail (to your home)
however we may do a catalog mailing at some point in the future.

Is your site secure?

Yes. We use the internet
standard for security – SSL Secured 128 bit encryption. This is the same
technology as all the giant internet stores use – amazon, ebay, etc.

Why the name “toynk”? It was
chosen simply because it is short and has the word toy in it. The
pronunciation is not Toy-N-K. It is one syllable – the word “Toy” and
then the sound of “Ink” – “Toynk” (or perhaps toink).

As all businesses seem to
start, toynk began by operating out of an apartment in 2001. Today we
have a 33,000 square foot warehouse that houses our offices,
store, and the inventory. Our staff varies from 20 to 40+ people
depending on the time of year (ie – Christmas, Halloween).

Our main products are toys
and costumes. We carry the latest collectible toys, action figures,
replicas/props, statues/busts and other collectible items. We do not
carry vintage toys/collectibles and we do not buy or trade at this time.
Our selection varies from mass market toys (dolls, sports figures, etc),
specialty market toys (limited edition props, statues, etc), imported
toys not available in the USA, and our ever expanding costume section
(over 5,000 different costumes & props this year). We ship to all 50 states and
virtually every country worldwide.

Our philosophy is to continually improve and change
how we run Toynk to better serve our customers. We work every day to expand our product selection and improve shipping speed, customer service, and pricing. We
